• Client onboarding: Name, business name, contact details, and website credentials necessary to provide our services.

We do not use cookies for tracking or advertising. Our website does not load any third-party analytics scripts. We use standard server logs for security monitoring only.

How we use your information

• To provide the service you requested (audit reports, website management, support).
• To communicate with you about your project or inquiry.
• To send you your monthly performance report (clients only).

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We will never use your email for unsolicited marketing without your explicit consent.

Third-party services

We use the following services to operate our business:

• Vercel for website hosting (standard server logs).
• Cloudflare for DNS management and security (standard DNS logs).
• Stripe for payment processing (client payments only, governed by Stripe's Privacy Policy).

Data retention

Audit request data is retained for 12 months to track service delivery and follow up on inquiries. Client data is retained for the duration of the service agreement and for 7 years after termination for tax and legal compliance. You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
